This package includes a bottle of wine en suite, and candlelit gourmet breakfast. Mid-Week Rates do not include Full Breakfast or Widow's complementary bottle of wine. Breakfast may vary depending on room reservation. Please call for for details before making your reservation. Rates are quoted per night for single or double adult occupancy. All rooms include a queen size feather bed, private bath & terry cloth robes. Weekend rates include the Widow's Romantic Getaway Package. Our low weekday rates do not include a full breakfast. Our Romantic Getaway Package is available mid-week. Please call for details. Minimum stay requirements vary**. There may be an additional charge for less than minimum stays when available. Our Kase Family Cottage is appropriate for children under the age of 10 years old & pets. Not all of our rooms are appropriate for children & pets. When excepting pets a deposit will be required. Please inquire when you make your reservation. Higher rates and longer minimum stays apply to Holidays and special events. Rates will change seasonally. Subject to change without notice.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

For single night stay on weekends & holidays, room rates will be priced higher.
We accept one night reservations Tuesday to Thursday, two nights on weekend & three nights on holidays is required. One night stays may be available on weekends. Please call for further details.

A deposit of one night's room rate is required for a one night stay; for two or more nights, a 50% deposit is required. Reservations confirmed upon receipt of deposit. (AE, M/C or Visa will be accepted to hold your reservation). Payment due in full upon your arrival.

A ten (10) day notice is required in the event of shortening or canceling your reservation in order for your deposit to be refunded. Thirty (30) day notice is required when canceling a reservation that falls on a Holiday, special packages or a one night stay that has been booked on weekends.

All reservations made on line will be considered as a confirmed reservation. Our cancellation policy will apply to all confirmed reservations.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Yes, we do offer gift certificates. Usually they are in a dollar amount
(minimum $100); valid for one year after issued; and are non-refundable. They are subject to all our booking policies, including minimum stay requirements.
