Rates are quoted per
night, single or double
adult occupancy.
Reservations confirmed
upon receipt of deposit.
Payment due in full upon
your arrival. All
cancellations require a
ten
(15) day notice in
order for your deposit
to be fully refunded.
Minimum thirty (30)
days notice is required when canceling special rate packages, a
reservation that falls on a Holiday, local event weekends or a one night stay on
a Friday, Saturday &
Sunday.
